Terms and Conditions

Welcome – The Workers Accommodation in Moora WA. We specialise in accommodation for workers travelling through or working in Moora and surrounding areas.
Company – Alcatrez Pty Ltd trading as The Workers

Flexi Rates – These rates are for workers on the go and who are not sure of dates and need for changes. 24 Hours notice required for any changes.
Saver Rates – These rates will save you 20% on our Flexi Rate. They are non refundable, no changes or cancellations allowed. You Save.
Must be booked direct and paid for in full when booking.
Deposits – No booking is confirmed until a deposit of 50% has been received. A confirmation will then be emailed to you.
Balance – Any balance of payments are to be paid 7 days before arrival or On Arrival.
Payments – We accept cash, bank and EFTPOS transfers and credit cards.
Bank fees of 2% will be charged for all debt/credit card transactions and refunds.
Security Bond – A bond is held against a credit card authority or in cash. This will be refunded when all outstanding debts owing are cleared.
Corporate Customers – Regular business clients are welcome to apply for a trading account. All invoices must be paid in full within specified terms.
Subject to prior management approval.
Changes – Advanced bookings can only be changed 7 days before arrival. Only if available and subject to management approval. A fee maybe required or rate change.
Cancellation – Bookings can only be cancelled 7 days before arrival. We require written notice emailed to our office. Fees may apply. No refund will be offered within 7 days cancellation period. Refunds are subject to bank fees.
Other Purchases – All other items purchased from our cafe, kiosk or housekeeping are to be paid in cash or maybe added to your room account if credit card authority or security bond has been created.
Checkin – after 2pm Checkout – before 10am
Privacy Policy – All client information including banking details will not be given to anyone for any reason.

Communal Areas – Kitchen, Dining room, Camp Kitchen, Gym and Recreation rooms open 6am and close 9pm.
Noise – All guests are requested to cease all noise and lights out by 10pm during work nights. Other guests require their sleep.
Noise levels and times on weekends are subject to management approval.
Behaviour – No aggression, violent or anti-social behaviour will be tolerated towards any guest or staff member. Management reserves the right to cancel any booking for any unruly behavior. The police will requested to attend and remove anyone disturbing the peace.
Alcohol – Having a few beers or drinks at the end of day or shift is welcomed. Drunken behaviour will not be tolerated. Please ensure all alcohol and beverage containers are placed in the recycle Yellow bins
